Who we are
HarbourSecure is a UK-based privacy service ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.
What we do NOT collect
We operate a strict no-logs policy. We do not record your browsing history, the sites or services you connect to, your DNS queries, or timestamped connection logs tied to your activity. We cannot share what we do not hold.
What we do collect
To provide the service we collect only the minimum necessary: your account email address; your subscription and billing status; and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
How we use your data
To create and manage your account, process your subscription, provide support, and keep the service secure and reliable. We do not sell your data, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking on this website.
Third parties
We rely on a small number of providers strictly to deliver the service — our VPN infrastructure partner, our payment processor, and our email and support provider. Each handles data only as needed to perform its role, and we choose partners with privacy in mind.
Data retention
We keep account and billing records only while your account is active, and after closure only for as long as the law requires. Activity logs are never kept, because they are never collected.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@harboursecure.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

This site uses only the essential cookies required for it to function. We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
