Terms of Service

The service

HarbourSecure provides a virtual private network (VPN) to protect your privacy and secure your connection, delivered by HarbourSecure using trusted infrastructure partners.

Acceptable use

HarbourSecure is for lawful, personal privacy and security. You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, to harm others, or to breach the rights of third parties. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this clause.

Subscriptions & billing

Plans are £4.00/month or £42.00/year, billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Trial, cancellation & refunds

A 7-day trial is available so you can try the service first. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time, which stops future billing. For annual plans, contact us about cancellation and refunds — we handle these in line with your UK consumer rights.

No-logs

We operate a no-logs policy as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not monitor or record your activity while you are connected.

Service availability & liability

We provide the service on a reasonable-efforts basis. It may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited, and nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to its courts.
