Do you really keep no logs?+
Yes — and we mean it. We don't record your browsing, the sites you visit, your DNS lookups, or timestamped connection logs. The only things we keep are what we genuinely need to run your account: your email address and whether your subscription is active. If we were ever asked to hand over your activity, there would simply be nothing to give.
How many devices can I use?+
Your subscription covers up to 8 devices connected at the same time, all from one account — so you can protect your phone, laptop, tablet and more without paying extra or juggling logins.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. A monthly plan can be cancelled whenever you like, and you won't be charged again. An annual plan runs for the 12 months you've paid for; if you'd like to discuss a refund, just get in touch and we'll handle it in line with your UK consumer rights.
Is there a trial?+
Yes — there's a 7-day trial, so you can try HarbourSecure properly and make sure it's right for you before committing to a plan.

We have native apps for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. One subscription covers them all, so you're protected on every device you use day to day.
Is it easy to set up?+
Very. Download the app for your device, sign in, and tap connect — most people are protected within a couple of minutes. There's nothing technical to configure, and our UK support team is on hand if you ever need a nudge.
